made by local farmers from the surrounding valleys.
Grandmother’s traditional polenta
recipe made with butter and cheese, accompanied by game stew. This is an important part of our culinary tradition.
For each themed tasting, paired with a typical Larian or Valtellinese wine, which goes well with the products offered!
